Getting started
Team members
Invite teammates to your Gabster account, choose their role, and choose which projects and AI Agents they can reach.
Team members (أعضاء الفريق) is where you invite the people who work with you in Gabster, such as customer-service and sales staff, and see their role and status.
How to open it
Click your name at the top of the dashboard to open the user menu, then choose Team members (أعضاء الفريق).
The same menu also has View profile (عرض الملف الشخصي), Subscription (الاشتراك), Help and support (المساعدة والدعم) and Sign out (تسجيل خروج).
The Team members page
The page has three tabs: Members (الأعضاء), Technicians (الفنيون) and Departments (الأقسام). Above the members table are a search box, a filter and the Add member (إضافة عضو) button.

Invite a teammate
- Click Add member (إضافة عضو). The Add member drawer opens with three steps: Basic info (معلومات أساسية), Role (الدور) and Permissions (الصلاحيات).
- On Basic info, type the teammate's Email (البريد الإلكتروني) and choose their Department (القسم). Next (التالي) becomes active once an email is typed. Close (إغلاق) leaves without inviting anyone.
- On Role, under Choose the role (اختر الدور), pick Supervisor (مشرف) or Staff member (موظف). Back (رجوع) returns to the previous step.
- If you chose Staff member, the Project and chatbot access (صلاحية المشروع والشات بوت) box appears: choose the projects and AI Agents this staff member can reach. Pick a project and an AI Agent (the screen calls it الشات بوت), then press + to add them. Until you add one, the box reads No project or chatbot selected yet. (لم يتم اختيار مشروع أو شات بوت بعد.) At least one project is required: without one, Next shows Please choose at least one project (يرجى اختيار مشروع واحد على الأقل).
- Press Next to go to Permissions.

Invite from your AI assistant
If Gabster is connected to Claude or ChatGPT, you can also ask your assistant, for example: "Invite Sara to handle chats, but she can't delete customers." Your assistant shows you the invitation first and waits for your OK. See Team and tickets.
