Glossary
Every key Arabic label in the Gabster interface, its English name and what it means.
The Gabster interface is in Arabic. This page lists the main labels you see on screen, the English name this guide uses for each one, and a short meaning. The tables follow the areas of the dashboard.
General (عام)

| جابستر | Gabster | The platform and its dashboard. |
| موظف الذكاء الاصطناعي / وكيل الذكاء الاصطناعي / بوت / شات بوت / روبوت / المساعد | AI Agent | The AI assistant that answers your customers. The interface uses several words for it. |
| الموظف / الموظفون | Staff member / staff | A person on your team who uses the dashboard and replies to customers. |
| الوكيل / الوكلاء (a person) | Staff member / staff | In labels such as الوكيل المعيّن and تحويلة الوكيل, the word means a member of your team. |
| الزملاء / أعضاء الفريق / العضو | Teammates / Team members / Member | The staff members in your organization. |
| العميل / العملاء | Customer / Customers | A person who contacts your business. |
| عميل محتمل | Lead | A customer who has shown interest but has not bought yet. |
| المحادثة / المحادثات | Conversation / Conversations | The exchange of messages between a customer and your AI Agent or team. |
| الدردشة | Chat | The chat window inside the widget. |
| الجلسة / الجلسات | Session / Sessions | What the Dashboard's numbers and charts count. |
| الويدجت / الودجة / الواجهة / الأداة | Widget | The chat window you place on your website. |
| قناة / القنوات | Channel / Channels | Where a customer reaches you from, such as your website or WhatsApp. |
| الموقع / الويب | Website / Web | The channel of the widget on your website. |
| المؤسسة | Organization | Your business; the top level of your account. |
| مشروع / المشاريع | Project / Projects | A space inside the organization that holds AI Agents. |
| الوسوم / التصنيفات | Tags | Labels you use to group conversations and customers. |
| قالب | Template | Always qualified: WhatsApp template, instruction template or import template. |
| التحويلة | Extension | A staff member's internal number in the phone system. |
| الصفوف في الصفحة | Rows per page | How many rows a table shows per page. |

| مشروع جديد | New project | Creates a new project in the organization. |
| تبديل المؤسسة | Switch organization | Moves to another organization. |
| تفاصيل المؤسسة | Organization Details | The page with your organization's profile and contact details. |

| المالك | Owner | Your role in the organization. |
| الإشعارات | Notifications | Alerts about new conversations and messages. |
| تعليم الكل كمقروء | Mark all as read | Marks every notification as read. |
| عرض كل الإشعارات | View all notifications | The link at the bottom of the notifications list to the full list. |
| آخر رسالة من العميل | Customer's last message | The text of the latest message in a notification. |
| غير محدود رصيد متبقي | Remaining credit: Unlimited | Your account's remaining credit, at the bottom of the sidebar. |
| تصدير التقرير | Export report | Exports the Dashboard report. |
| عدد الجلسات / جلسات الشات بوت | Number of sessions / AI Agent sessions | Two Dashboard charts; the second splits sessions by who is handling them. |
| الجلسات المفتوحة / الجلسات المغلقة | Open sessions / Closed sessions | Sessions still going on, and sessions that have ended. |

| الوكيل المعيّن | Assigned staff member | The staff member responsible for a ticket. |
| انضم للمحادثة | Join conversation | Take over a conversation from the AI Agent. |
| تحويل المحادثة | Transfer conversation | A conversation menu option for passing the conversation on. |
| إضافة ملاحظة / ملاحظات | Add note / Notes | An internal note only your team sees. |
| الأرشيف | Archive | Conversations you have archived. |
| المشاعر | Sentiment | The customer's mood in a conversation, such as negative or neutral. |
| تم الرد / ما تم الرد | Replied / Not replied (messages); Answered (calls) | Whether a customer's message got a reply, or whether a call was answered. |
| قيد المعالجة | In progress | A conversation or ticket being worked on. |
| بطاقة العميل | Customer card | A summary of the customer's details next to the conversation. |
| بيانات العميل | Customer profile | The customer's full profile. |
| تحويلة الوكيل | Staff extension | A staff member's extension, used to filter the Call Log. |
| مكالمة ويب | Web call | A call that came from the web. |
| الدوال / دالة | Functions / Function | A tool your AI Agent uses to collect data and open tickets. |
| التحويل إلى موظف خدمة العملاء | Hand off to customer service staff | The built-in function that hands a conversation to your team. |
