Gabster in your AI assistant
Go live from the chat
Check that your AI Agent is ready, connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram or your website chat from your assistant, and share it with customers.
Until you connect a channel, your AI Agent talks to no one. Putting it live is one request: "Is it ready? Connect it to WhatsApp."
1. Check it's ready
Your assistant first checks your AI Agent and answers ready, ready with warnings or not ready, with what to fix. While it isn't ready, it won't hand you a connect link unless you tell it to connect anyway.
2. Connect the channel
| Channel | How it connects |
|---|---|
| A one-time link opens Meta's own window, where you connect your number. You don't add a payment method at Meta: WhatsApp message costs come from your WhatsApp Wallet in the Gabster dashboard. | |
| Instagram and Facebook | A one-time link opens Meta's window, where you sign in and choose your page or account. |
| Telegram | A one-time link, where you paste your bot's token. |
| Website chat | Your assistant connects your website address and gives you the code to paste on your site, with a page for your developer that has the code and where it goes. |
Good to know:
- A connect link opens a page on mcp.gabster.ai. It's valid for 30 minutes and for one connection. If it expires, ask for a new one.
- Each channel uses one of your plan's channel slots. If your plan is full, your assistant tells you which channel would have to be disconnected first, and waits for your OK.
- One website address per AI Agent.
- TikTok, online stores such as Salla and Shopify, and Google or Microsoft calendars are connected in the dashboard, not from the chat. See Channels.
3. Send the first message
After connecting, send your AI Agent a message from your own phone. Your assistant can watch your inbox for it and confirm the channel works.
If you connect a number or page your customers already use, your AI Agent starts answering them as soon as it's connected. Test it with a test link before you connect.
4. Tell customers where to find it
Ask "What do I share so customers find it?" For WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram, your assistant gives you a chat link that opens a conversation (wa.me, ig.me, m.me or t.me) and a QR code to print; for WhatsApp, a button for your website; for Instagram, a line for your bio; and a draft announcement in your AI Agent's language. Your website chat lives on your own site.
Keep it healthy
Ask "Are my channels working?" Your assistant checks each connected channel: for WhatsApp, Meta's readiness and quality; for Telegram, that the token works; for Facebook and Instagram, that the page's sign-in is still valid.
You can also turn on automatic replies to comments, and, for Salla stores, order messages.
