Troubleshooting
The connection stopped
Renew it from inside your app, not from a link.
- Claude: Customize → Connectors → Gabster → Connect, then sign in with the code we send you.
- ChatGPT: open its connectors page, find Gabster and connect it again the same way.
Your AI Agent, its knowledge and its settings are all still there. Only your assistant's access needs renewing.
You signed in with the wrong account
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → Gabster → Disconnect, then Connect and sign in with the right number or email.
Gabster isn't in your chat
In the chat, press + → Connectors and make sure Gabster is on. If it still isn't there, start a new chat.
Claude says an Owner must add it
Your Claude is a company account (Team or Enterprise). An Owner adds Gabster once, then you press Connect and sign in. See Claude for a team or company.
No code arrived
Choose email instead of WhatsApp, or wait for the countdown to end and press Resend code (إعادة إرسال الرمز).
Questions
What is this?
A connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT build and run your Gabster AI Agent from a chat. See the Overview.
Does building use credit?
No. Building and editing your AI Agent use no credit. Tests on your live AI Agent use credit, about 1 credit per reply, and a test of two or more questions shows the cost first.
What about plans?
If your account hasn't started a plan yet, you choose one when you connect in Claude. Only the account owner, or a teammate with full access, can choose it. In ChatGPT nothing is sold: sign in with a Gabster account that already has its plan.
Can the AI charge my card?
No. Your assistant never charges anything in the chat. Paying always happens on Stripe's own page, through a link you open.

Which apps does it work with?
Claude is proven, and it's the one we recommend. ChatGPT can connect in the browser only; according to OpenAI as last checked on 7 October 2026, making changes needs one of its company or education plans, and Pro is read-only. See Connect your assistant. Developers can also connect Claude Code; Cursor and VS Code have install links that aren't fully tested yet.
Does it change my live AI Agent?
Yes. Your assistant works on your live AI Agent. Any change that reaches your customers, your team or your money is shown to you first and waits for your OK, and most changes can be undone. See Control and approval.
How is knowledge stored?
In one Excel workbook per AI Agent, with one topic per row. You can see it in Knowledge Base; to change it, ask your assistant.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. A one-time link opens Meta's own window, where you connect your number. WhatsApp message costs are paid from the WhatsApp Wallet in your Gabster dashboard, not at Meta. See Go live from the chat.
What about bookings?
You manage calendars and book for customers from the chat. Your AI Agent can't yet book appointments by itself in a conversation.
What does the AI app see?
Only the results of what it runs, kept in that app's chat history. Never passwords or cards.
What about my team?
Each teammate signs in themselves, once your account has chosen its plan and they've been added to an AI Agent, and gets only what their role allows.
How do I stop it?
Remove Gabster from your app's connectors, or ask your assistant to disconnect. Your AI Agent stays as it is.
