Gabster in your AI assistant
Workflows with your other tools
Combine Gabster with the other connectors in your assistant, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack or Notion, to run multi-step workflows from one chat.
Your assistant can use several connectors in the same chat. When Gabster is connected next to your other tools, one request can read from one tool, act in Gabster, and write the result to another. Gabster's own approval rules still apply to every step it takes in Gabster.
How it works
- Each tool is connected separately in your assistant, with its own sign-in. Which connectors are available depends on your assistant and its plan. In Claude, you'll find them under Customize → Connectors.
- Files need no connector. You can attach a spreadsheet, a PDF or a document to the chat and ask your assistant to use it with Gabster.
- Turn on what the request needs. In the chat, press + → Connectors and make sure Gabster and the other tools are on.
- Name the tools in your request. "From Google Drive…", "post to Slack…" makes it clear which tool to use for each step.
From your documents to your AI Agent's knowledge
Your policies, menus and FAQs already live in documents. Bring them in as they are.
"Read our Returns policy and Delivery FAQ in Google Drive, add what customers need to know to my Gabster agent, then test it with 5 questions about returns."
Your assistant reads the documents, writes them up as knowledge rows, publishes them to your AI Agent, and runs the test. Without a Drive connector, attach the files to the chat instead.
From your support inbox to better answers
"Look at the customer emails in my support inbox from the last month. List the 10 questions people ask most, check whether my Gabster agent answers each one correctly, and add what's missing."
Your assistant reads your mail through your email connector, tests each question on your AI Agent (about 1 credit per answer, with the cost shown first), and adds the missing answers to its knowledge.
A weekly report for your team
"Get my Gabster weekly report and the questions the agent couldn't answer, and post a short summary to #customer-service in Slack."
Or write it to a Notion page, a Google Doc or an email draft. Reading Gabster's numbers uses no credit.
From a spreadsheet to a WhatsApp campaign
"Add the customers in this spreadsheet to Gabster and tag them Eid offer. Then prepare our Eid template for everyone with that tag and send it to me first."
Your assistant adds and tags up to 50 customers at a time, then shows you the campaign preview: who receives it, sample messages, today's limits and how WhatsApp message costs are paid. Nothing is sent until you say so.
From your team's calendar to booking hours
"Check our team calendar in Google Calendar for next week's days off, and set the booking hours in Gabster so nobody can book those days."
Your assistant reads your calendar and changes the booking hours in Gabster, showing you the change first.
From tickets to your task tool
"List the open Gabster tickets of type Refund and create a task in Asana for each, with the customer's request and the ticket number."
Reading tickets in Gabster changes nothing. The tasks are created in your task tool by its own connector.
From conversations to your CRM
"Find the conversations this week where customers asked for a quote, and add those customers to HubSpot as leads."
Your assistant searches your conversations in Gabster and reads the customers' details from them. Opening a conversation shows the customer's phone number and email in the chat without a separate confirm step, and Gabster can't see or stop what your assistant then sends to HubSpot. Ask your assistant to show you the list before it adds anyone, and only share what you're allowed to.
From customer questions to your website
"From this month's conversations, find the questions customers ask most that our website doesn't answer, and draft an FAQ page in Google Docs."
Good practice
- Check the previews. Every change in Gabster that reaches customers, your team or your money is shown to you first. Read it before you agree.
- Mind where data goes. Once data leaves Gabster for another tool, that tool's own rules and settings apply to it.
- Start small. Try a workflow on a few customers or one document before running it on everything.
- Undo is for Gabster only. "Undo the last change" takes back changes in Gabster; it doesn't undo what happened in your other tools.
